DEVELOPMENT OF A  FUTURE SALE

When you see the dates shown in black, below this heading, this is only an indication that someone

has requested an Estate Sale on that date.  At this point a contract may not have been signed

 and the contents of the sale are not known.

When the dates appear in blue and are underlined (indicating a link to a Sale Page)

the sale is being prepared and some information about the items can be found on that Sale Page.

Finally, after the preparations are nearly complete (normally the week of the sale),

pictures have been taken and on the Sale Page a link to the pictures will appear,

such as “SAMPLE PHOTOS”

When the above changes are made to the web pages, a “Last Updated”

date is shown on each page.        Thanks for your interest.
